Very easy process for the claims…

Very easy process for the claims process. In reviewing cost, they were lower than other companies when you compare deductible and the amount they allow each year. Very helpful when you have to call them directly by phone.

First time we have made a claim

First time we have made a claim. Didn't have the pre-insurance medical records we should have submitted when we first purchased the coverage. Embrace was helpful getting all of that caught up; I was surprised because they could have denied the claim because of that. Instead they very efficiently helped us get the paperwork - old and new - and processed the claim very quickly.
