Ive experienced NO hiccups in the claim process. Its very easy, very quick, everyone is very friendly. The benefits are receiving surprisingly fast. The sympathy card totally knock all of us out. Its One of the nicest and most thoughtful things you could have done. Its displayed in my companys office conference room where Isabella, our service dog, usually greets out senior citizen clients.
