I will never have a pet without Nationwide again.
My claim was not paid as we had moved and there was an issue with a prescription for food. After providing Copy of prescription my claim was reprocessed and paid quickly. Subsequent claims have been paid.

Thank god we had Trupanion!
Went through a very scary time with our 6 month old puppy. 3 days in a vet specialty centres ICU and Trupanion thankfully was there through it all. Pre-approvals, direct billing and knowing exactly what we were responsible for made a stressful situation a little easier.
