excellent service on claims
Nationwide has been very efficient in processing the medical claims for our dog Madison. She had to have an ultra sound and surgery and the claims were processed and funds deposited into my account in less than two weeks! Great insurance coverage!!!!

I was very upset to learn my dog had developed a illness and I was worried i did not have coverage as i was on the free trial. i called in inquiring about my coverage options and Emma went above and beyond to help me and calm me down. She informed me that yes i did have coverage from the trial and signed me up for full coverage which i will recommend to EVERYONE.... as you just never know. and a monthly payment is worth it for piece of mind and incredible service. i called in crying and so lost... and within minutes Emma had me smiling and feeling relieved and she was so genuine and helpful. not only do they provide great coverage they have genuine and helpful people working there and that is priceless to me

I’m dismayed that you bottomed Daisy out of coverage because she had a gallbladder problem and she needs to be checked 28 yrs
Wr have been with you with all our dogs and it’s been 28 years of premiums. Daisy has gallbladder problems and you have decided she’s used up her medical plan for this chronic condition she needs meds and needs periodic blood and vet visits you hardly touched the cost of her hospitalization over 4 thousand dollars and even with the best plan and major medical you will not cover her illness further shame on you this beautiful 5 year old baby what should I do send her to be put down because you won’t pay her claims I’m highly unsatisfied with your decisions on Daisy we have been your business partner for over 25 years you still collect her premiums . I want someone to review her hospital stay at VSEC and consider further reimbursement like thieves in the night and no heart I’m 77 years d and I adore my dogs apparently you don’t you just want our money Jacqueline F Murphy
