Thank you so much for your rapid response to the claim Molly recently had for her Ear Infection. Sadly, she is a Labrador Retriever who has been challenged with ear infections. Glad to have Embrace Pet Insurance
My 8-1/2 year old standard poodle was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumor upon aspiration. Surgery to remove tumor was the next day. Hats off to Embrace for their rapid response. Both the pre-op visit with aspiration and the next day surgery were quickly processed in less than 7 days! Prior experience has always been excellent, in regard to answering my questions and claim processing. An extremely helpful group to work with.
