They denied my claim becuase of the use of "several"

DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. They do not care about you, your pet, and will not give you the chance to explain yourself. A company that when looked into I thought would be ideal in protecting my pet. I purchased my policy at the beginning on the year in an effort to be a better pet owner. I did not expect to file any claims so soon, unfortunately my dog Nugget needed help. I took my dog into an emergency room on March 10th because he began to lose strength in his hind legs. I explained to my vet that I noticed some issues with my dog "several" months prior but things just resolved themselves. Had I known this word "several" would cause my life hell I would not have used it. What I meant by several that my vet seems to agree with but PetsBest does not, was that I noticed my dog showing mild signs of weakness in January. When you count back the months from March, it follows as March, February, then January. That is what I meant by several. To be more specific, it was the last week of January, about 10 days after my policy went into full effect that I saw my dog being tired. Things were fine after, then in March things changed overnight. When I filed my claim, I did not expect for it to be denied for the use of "several". PetsBest claims a literal definition of 90 days, several meaning three months, which would put this as a preexisting medical condition. I asked my vet for a letter that would support my claim, I even wrote a document to explain further. I appealed my claim, and PetsBest still denies it. I have not been able to tend to my dog because without PetsBest I am not able to afford treatment. PetsBest, if you see this I hope you know that you are putting me in a position where I must consider euthanization as an option. I love my dog, but I am struggling. Do not get PetsBest. I plan to appeal once more, but for what? I have read other reviews of this company and only wish I had done so sooner. They are in the business of making money and letting animals suffer.
