Prompt Claim Resolution Helps Ease Financial Worries
Nationwide always reimburses quickly. Visits to the vet can be stressful and expensive, so knowing that claims are processed quickly is a big plus. I also appreciate the followup and offer of additional advice if needed. My cat Heatherette now is doing well and I continue to monitor her progress. Thanks so much for being there for us!

Making a claim and getting it approved can be a hassle
Making a claim is a hassle because I can’t do it on my phone or tablet I have to use my computer. I had a claim denied because I was missing a document the representative I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Next time I had a similar claim I included all the documents but it was denied again. I have not found time to call yet to disputed.
