Peace of Mind & Great Customer Service
We have had our 2 kitties with Embrace for over 8 years now and they have always been great to work with . One of our kitties recently had to be admitted to the hospital after 2 days of vomiting. He is now home, eating well and happy. The hospital faxed the claim and Embrace notified us quickly that the claim was covered. We had just moved and Embrace's customer service was wonderful when I called to confirm the reimbursement check would come to our new home. Definitely recommend Embrace for the peace of mind of knowing you can focus on caring for your babies when they need it.

Excellent and reliable
Thank you for making the claims process smooth and reliable. I received my reimbursement within one month of Allegro's ear injury. Allegro is a hunter and loves chasing rabbits and squirrels in the woods. He sometimes gets injured during his pursuits and Nationwide has been there for him each time. Thank you!

They do not respond to emails, they do not answer their phones
Had a question regarding my member sign in, I have no problem holding or being placed in a queue but i do have a problem when the phone rings and rings goes to a busy signal. If I new I was working with a company with that kind of customer service i would have gone elsewhere!!

FCE Spinal Stroke
My deaf boxer suffered an FCE on Feb 23, 2018. Embrace has covered everything from theMRI, Assisi Loop, holistic accuoubture, electrotherapy and treadmill therapy and countless other claims. They are absolutely the best Pet Insurancd company around. I have had them for about 10 years and not one complaint!! Thank You Embrace!!
