Ale was very kind and compassionate even after my girl has been gone a bit now.
Ale was very kind and compassionate even after my girl has been gone a bit now. I been with Trupanion for quite a few years now. Have always been 100% satisfied and amazed at the compassion every one has for my babies. I run a non profit for Great Danes (Great Danes of Our Hearts Mission ) and constantly refer owners to Trupanion !

Fast, never had an issue with a claim and if I did it was resolved quickly with phone call. Good company mostly no tricks, never decrease pay out percentage of claimed more then a few times per illness or accident

Generally very happy with Trupanion after several years and several pets this call was to trace a claim that seems to be languishing in the backoffice.
Generally very happy with Trupanion after several years and several pets, this call was to trace a claim that seems to be languishing in the backoffice. Tracy was diligent in finding that the analyst working it is out and what she is waiting on from the vet. However, when we called to pull the vet's chain on that, they claim to have had no contact from Trupanion making the alleged pending inquiry since the time the actual claim was filed; all they had was e-mails related to the pre-approval. So we're not sure whom to believe, and that slightly erodes our confidence in Trupanion.
