Third time is a charm
The first two claims were partly denied because of missing information. It took a few attempts to figure out what info the insurance company needed. After that the claim was completed a timely way.

I have been extremely pleased
I have been extremely pleased with the service Trupanion provides. Staff members are not only professional, they really care about customers and pets. When I recently lost my beloved Maltese to lymphoma it was a very stressful and heartbreaking time, but Trupanion responded quickly and with compassion. In a crisis, it is such a blessing not to have to worry about being able to afford the best care...I will never be without Trupanion!
