Best Pet Insurance Provider Ever!
We are very happy with our choice of Nationwide as our pet insurance provider. We have had our two pugs with them since 12 weeks old and now they are 9-1/2. Always processes claims quickly with notification that claim has been received, it's in process and the EOB are sent via email to keep us updated. Checks aren't too far behind in the mail!!! Thank you for helping us take care of our furbabies and their health needs! P.S. - We have referred people to Nationwide for their pet insurance needs.

When you have had so many disappointments working with insurance companies, it is such a pleasant surprise to actually work with one that cares! I have nothing but nice things to say about VPI. Very pleased!
I got insurance for my dog as soon as we got him (he was 8 months old). It’s been wonderful for annual exams, shots, flea and tick meds, etc. Thankfully that’s all he’s needed so far! Nationwide has helped us greatly in covering these costs. They are also very helpful if you have any questions.

I have never had any problem with a claim, representative or delay in contact. Nationwide representatives explain so I can understand. Always so helpful even when I the answer is not what I want to hear they explain to my understanding. I would highly recommend Nationwid Pet Insurance, and that is the reason I always do!

Excellent benefits & service
Our family purchased pet insurance when we got our Aussie, and found out about Nationwide Pet Insurance through my work. While the yearly benefits have been a great addition (refunds on heartworm/flea/tick medication, nail trimmings, etc), we ended up needing to use the insurance for a more serious reason. At 1.5 years old, we discovered that our Aussie has allergies - all of the tests, medications, and check-ups have been almost fully reimbursed after meeting our deductible. Without the reimbursements, we would have spent thousands already (and she's only 2) without the support of our insurance. The app is SO easy to use to submit for reimbursement, and we receive it via direct deposit within 3-4 weeks. Additionally, we have used the vet-help chat feature which helped inform us on what types of questions to ask our veterinarian during visits. The monthly cost is extremely reasonable compared to how much we have benefited from this product!
