Amazing caring health insurance company!
Not all health insurance companies are the same, either for humans or for pets. As a physician I am well aware of what patients and their families go through when they get ill. It is no different for pets. When our two British shorthair cats Bertie and Winston got very ill from an autoimmune problem Healthy Paws immediately asked how they were doing! They showed that they truly cared for our pets and for us. They made sure that all paperwork was complete as quickly as possible and that the vet and labs were paid so we could concentrate on the health of the boys. I almost wish we could have as good an insurance company for ourselves! Highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!!! It is the best.

This insurance was a true life saver!
Our dog got into the trash and ended up needing surgery for foreign body obstruction. In the next few weeks he had several complications related to a bad suture reaction in his incision. We were able to very easily submit the claim for the initIal surgery and all of his follow ups and received our reimbursement quickly and with no issues. Our dog has been doing great and we are so thankful this allowed us to afford this life saving surgery!

Thank You!.. you guys saved my dogs life.. without coverage, I would have never been able to treat his seizures.
I purchased insurance originally from another agency ( that originally moved into you folks) because I had acquired a horse, I have two GSD’s and was concerned that they may have an accident. Turned out, my younger dog began to experience Gran Mal seizures. This was devastating as he was so young, and I know his lineage... his history has no evidence of epilepsy.. I was so fortunate to be working with a young, energetic vet, who was able to guide and help us through this terrible time. He has experienced almost 25 Gran Mal seizures in the past six months ( the last over one month ago) .. the treatment and care has been a whirlwind of expense to say the least..he is now a healthy and happy young male dog who appears to enjoy life. I would never allow him to suffer.. but his veterinary care has been optimum and I couldn’t have afforded it without insurance. He is a wonderful and important member of our family and I thank you folks for being there every step of the way! ❤️🐾🙃

I love the pet insurance and what it all encompasses. However, when I called into customer representative to inquire why my claim was denied, the rep did not sound too friendly. She was able to help me and answered my question but did not sound too excited to serve me. It made me feel very insignificant.
