Unsatisfied lately

I hate giving a bad review, but I feel like explaining my situation may be helpful for the future. Lately I have submitted some invoices where I received emails starting that either the wrong dogs name was listed, the invoice or claim form wasn't attached, or wrong invoice was attached for wrong dog. I have two dogs and have submitted invoices with both listed and separate claim forms. I don't understand why lately my claims have been rejected as none if the above was occurring. I am not sure how things got so mixed up, but I hope they get resolved fur the future as my coverage end in July and I am open to switching services if needed. As I said, I have never had these issues in the past and have always been satisfied with the services. I hope these issues can be resolved as I hate to wait 3-4 weeks only to hear I need to submit my claim again for whatever the reason. Thanks for your time, Jessica

They care about my cat, Edmond

ASPCA Pet Insurance program has allowed me to provide more health care to my cat than I would have been able to afford without the insurance. Their online claim submittal process is quick and easy. I think that their claim reimbursement program is fair. I love the fact that they will call and/or send cards in the mail if they notice my cat has received several claims in a short period of time. You just don't get customer service like that anymore.

THANK YOU FROM ME AND FROM MOONLIGHT

Any dog I ever have will be insured by you. Moonlight suffered a collapse that led to diagnosis of Addison's Disease. Because of you I could afford the right treatment at the time and the continuing vet visits and the medication that keeps her healthy. Years ago I had a Rottweiler named Katy, also insured.by you (first VPI). We lived on a farm and Katy would occasionally tangle with farm equipment or groundhog holes but my wonderful vet (Dr. Lynn Libby at Companion Animal Hospital in Mount Joy PA) put her back together every time, and thanks to insurance, we could do all the necessary tests to make sure she was okay. I just can't praise your company enough. You may use these comments in any way you see fit. Since I bought my first policy from VPI in the early 90s, your Pet Insurance Review was not available. I bought the insurance on the recommendation of my vet.

Superior claim service and user friendly site.

My puppy Peppa had a severe urinary track infection that required a hospitalization for further testing. The hospital bill was quite large. I was able to submit the claim easily through the website and receive payment expeditiously. The site was easy to navigate and had enough information to keep me apprised of the status of my claim. The claim representatives were also very helpful and at all time displayed true concern for the well being of my puppy as well as a desire to have the claim resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Excellent Service

Nationwide has been an excellent resource and provider of coverage for my newly adopted cat. I adopted my cat from a shelter. We had some ups and downs with Dinah (that's her name) and her becoming acclimated to her new home. Required some extra love/attention and some visits to the vet. Nationwide has been there as a provider for coverage and has promptly reviewed my bills and reimbursed promptly where appropriate.

Nationwide has always reviewed my claims promptly and offers generous reimbursements for my pet care expenses. To make things even more efficient, they also offer the option of direct deposit when they pay your claim. Their customer service has always been friendly and accommodating, and in an era where service is often lacking, my experience with Nationwide has been refreshing.
