Incredible support from Trupanion
From the day I received my puppy's shocking diagnosis, Trupanion has been there for me. I was in tears when after submitting my claim I received back their assurances that they would be with me all the way. True to their word, they have been with me the whole way. I don't know what I would have done without the support of Trupanion.

Dog limping 2 days
Adam is better. He must have had a soft tissue injury. With his medication and bed rest (LOL) only on a leash outside and confined inside. We were going to do x-rays if it did not improve. That was not needed. I started this insurance when it was VPI. I had no problems. Now the claims seem to take quite a bit of time and usually need more information from my vet. That does not make them happy nor does it me since I start getting the claims confused.
