I don't know what I would have done without Trupanion, I never could have afforded both my dogs ACL surgerys. They never questioned anything even when he had several infections after his first surgery. I never had to fight to get coverage and anytime I did had to call they were always so nice and genuinely concerned about how Dexter was doing. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet. And at time in your families life when Trupanion is already so stressed and worried about your pet they take the worry away for the financial part. thank you Trupanion.

They are doing everything they can to help support me with all the expenses. Little One was in a pet magazine so I sent a copy of it to my niece who sadly is living in a mental facility in NC due to living with bipolar. She always loved animal and her mom still has many cats. Sadly my brother died in 2014. He was mentally ill and sadly died at age of 70 in 2014. Pets can be our best support when going through difficult times. Your representative help me switch to direct deposit to implement quicker returns to pay bills. Am grateful my relative left me lots of money that will allow me to pay off all my bills shortly. That is a blessing in itself as I have never been one to spend money I'd I could not pay off at first billing. It is hard to believe that Samantha Cat is 17 years old. We are competing to see who will live longer!

We have had other pet insurance companies with our previous dogs. Trupanion is absolutely the best. It has not disappointed at all and in fact has totally exceeded our expectations.

He was very nice and did what he could. However, my issue has not been resolved. It has been 3 days since I disputed an issue on my claim with Star. I would like a resolution and adequate explanation.

Still haven't resolved my claim.
Still haven't resolved my claim. Not an easy process. I feel as though Trupanion was seeking info on my dog that is outside the parameters of people insurance let alone pet insurance ex. Trupanion requested Dr's notes, and my Vet doesn't keep notes on visits.

Trupanion is great
If I'm going to have insurance on my dog, Trupanion is great. My claim experience is fine since you do send a breakdown (like an EOB) which I don t get from my other dogs insurance. Her s is probably going to be cancelled. Both my dogs stay inside almost 24/7. Something to ponder, however I love my dogs. Since I am retired it has become something to think about. Trupanion has been wonderful to call. The people are very professional and helpful. If I recommend a pet insurance it would be Trupanion. Just not much claims going on. Thank heavens.
