Very Good pet insurance
They are very good, responsive and their website is very user friendly. The only reason I am not giving them 10 paws is because I wish there was a more affordable plan that would cover wellness care. Other than that Nation Wide is great!

excellent service but i just wish claims were processed quicker.
Good day I am very happy with my pets' coverage the only thing I wish was that claims were processed quicker. sometimes unexpected costs come up during a visit and it would be great if claims refunds had a quicker turnaround. my claims always take bout 4 weeks...

Disappointed
I ve been with petsecure for 4 years now. It has always taken about 3 weeks to process claims. My rates have gone up about $25/ month in those 4 years. Recently I received a letter stating my rates were going up AGAIN ( this is a healthy dog) to $122/ month I called and cancelled my policy. Yet ANOTHER payment has come out! When I called in I was told that It was in my contract ( that they mailed me 4 years ago) that cancellations have to be in writing. No one told me that when I called and asked to cancel. I am very disappointed.

Good Coverage - could be a bit faster on processing.
My experience so far has been pleasant, love the use of technology to file claims and get information on processing, along with the deposit feature. My only constructive criticism would be two things 1) when submitting a claim, a quick summary of estimated expenses vs payout and 2) the claim review process could be a bit quicker. I am very appreciative of the service you provide for the reasonable cost, we are very happy to be part of nationwide for both of our pets!

better than going it alone
The first time I needed to utilize this insurance, it literally saved Patrick's life. He broke his leg in a really severe way and without this insurance I wouldn't have been able to afford the $3,000+ surgery he needed to avoid being put down. It takes a while for the claims to get processed, but it is nice to know there are very few things that can happy to Patrick Swayze that I won't get some sort of help with.
