Nationwide Pet Insurance helps me keep my little guy in good health.

It is gives me peace of mind knowing when I my puppy isn't doing well that Nationwide will be there to soften the financial burden that comes with taking him to the vet. I greatly appreciate the updates and being able to receive funds electronically. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding customer service and exceptional care

I signed up for Embrace for my puppy and my one-year-old cat two months ago, like any person not expecting anything to happen but wanting to be prepared. Then one night I found my cat limping with a broken leg and from there I had three days of vet appointments, ER visits, and finally a $4,000 surgery to amputate his leg. I had to max my credit card and use all of my savings to front the total $5,000 in medical care he required, and I didn't hesitate for a moment because I knew that Embrace would take care of us. As this was my first claim with Embrace, I called their customer service numerous times with questions, both complex and simple, and each time I was treated with the utmost care and kindness, not to mention empathy towards my cat. The vet office sent in my claim and two days later I received an email that the medical costs were covered and a reimbursement check was on it's way. Embrace takes making difficult decisions based on cost out of the equation, and lets you focus on what is best for you and your pet. No one should ever have to make the choice of potentially putting down their beloved pet because of financial reasons, and with Embrace I will never have to. I can honestly say that getting Embrace pet insurance was the best decision I could have made for my little family.

Fantastic insurance company

My neighbor had recommended Nationwide as that Is who she has for her dog. She said how wonderful they were. Having golden retrievers in the past I know how important it is to have pet insurance on them. I decided to go with Nationwide after checking out a few companies and listening to my neighbor - I am so glad that I did. When we brought Mia in to the emergency vet it was so reassuring to know that I could have her treated and not have to worry that I didn't have the money to do so. I filed my claim the following day and within 3 weeks received the payment back from Nationwide. It could not have been easier and more than that it is total peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Nationwide to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

Great Service

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a life saver and we had great support. Sometimes is hard to understand the coverage in terms of dollar value, but overall offered good coverage. I really like the responsiveness, and the hassle free claim process.

Over 2 month delay in paying a claim---still waiting---not good business.

I have been waiting over 2 months for you to pay on a claim I submitted on May 4th. Received a letter saying it will be longer. No explanation why. I submitted all of my pets records from the Vet with the claim. The two smaller claims have been paid but this bigger claim is long overdue and my bank account could use the funds.

Better than human insurance

Our dog started having what we thought were seizures. Our vet told us to go to a speciality hospital for animals where we were introduced to a neurologist. They had to run a battery of tests and MRI to make a diagnosis and treat our dog. Thanks to Healthy Paws they had the claim paid within one day and EVERYTHING was covered. Thank you Healthy Paws for everything. I am a loyal client for life!
