Absolutely would recommend Nationwide to all pet parents!
I am so thankful For Nationwide. McFly our Scottie has had a few setbacks this past year and was at the Vets more than I wanted,but Nationwide helped us out with the Vet bills tremendously. Also, if I had a question about anything the people I talked to were so nice and so helpful. Thank you Nationwide!

Peace of mind
I can't imagine not having the Peace of Mind of Nationwide pet insurance. The customer service is incredible. The only downside is turnaround time on claims. However usually within 30 days I have check in hand. I think anybody that has pets should carry pet insurance and Nationwide in my opinion is the best.

I’ve been more than pleased with the Whole Pet and Wellness plan. The coverage is excellent, the customer service has been great and response, reimbursement times timely. Very happy I chose Nationwide.

Great but needs to process claims quicker
We have had a great experience with Nationwide except for when one of our claims was denied. The reason listed for it being denied was untrue and inaccurate. I submitted a form to have it reviewed and it's taken months for it to be reviewed and addressed. I'm unhappy with how long this specific claim has taken but also in general, claims seem to take longer than expected to process. If there's one area Nationwide can work on, it is processing claims in a timely manner. Aside from this issue, they've been great.
