Nice and helpful

Everyone I've talked to has been very nice and helpful. Claim was paid quickly as soon as they were able to confirm with vet hospital. Great service overall, especially when I had to send my kitty over the rainbow bridge. They refunded part of my payment for her monthly insurance and sent a personalized sympathy card. Simply the best insurance around. Will definitely be insuring my next pet(s) with trupanion.

Customer service was helpful

Jade was very helpful telling me what she needed from my vet' so I could get my bill processed and get my bill approved since we thought my puppy was going to have immediate surgery. I needed all my ducks in a row. The process was easy once everything was in order. Claims were processed quickly. More bills to come. I expect claims to be processed as quickly since I am approved for the same issue. Jade the lady I have been working with has been a great help.

Embrace really helped me in time of great need

Jasmine was over 11 years old when she developed Lymphoma, a fatal cancer of the lymph nodes. Diagnosing it was a slow, painful process. She began by throwing up what she ate. But she had always tended to throw up and it took me a while to realize this was different. We took her to the vet three times before it was obvious what the problem was and we realized we couldn't help any more. The vet was very helpful during this process but each visit was very expensive and I continued to bring her, hoping that I would be able to get some kind of reimbursement. Insurers being what they are, I expected a struggle with poor results. I wrote to Embrace asking how to make the claims and they answered me quickly with instructions on how to send my vet's email address along with the claims. I filed and to my surprise, and relief, the claims were processed quickly and I received a substantial reimbursement. Losing Jasmine was very sad. I and my household will all miss her. But at least the sadness was not complicated by the dread that comes with large, unpayable medical bills. So thank you, Embrace.
