Claim response and service was excellent
My dog had a "fever of unknown origin". Her temperature and white blood cells were extremely high. We incurred a huge amount of vet bills, reaching our maximum benefit in two weeks. PetsBest response to the claims I filed was beyond all my expectations. They were prompt (less than a week) and precise. I thought I might have some trouble with reimbursement from the insurance company because, since my dog was so ill, my claims were quite large and used up all of our benefits in less that two weeks. But, every penny was paid in full, and quickly. The kind folks in the Chat Room were extremely helpful with their explanations and their advice. I can't say when I've had a better service experience anywhere.

Fast, easy, convenient.
We have a large mixed breed 20 month old dog and our insurance plan has helped us to get him the best possible care. We inquired about specific services before taking the plan and we have had no trouble seeing reimbursement according to our plan. It’s super easy to submit a claim and claims are processed quickly. Great communication from Nationwide as they process the claim.

So Easy!
Love that all I have to do is use the pre-printed form, fill in one box and attach the invoice. Nationwide Pet insurance does the rest. And the processing tome for our claims is great!
