rance for your fur baby!

We could not have done it without pet insurance unless getting severely into credit card debts. Once the claims have been submitted we have always gotten paid in less than a week. Friendly team, easy to reach and talk to. Never had a problem and again great coverage! Our baby had multiple issues since she was a puppy! Never expected that! Highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner!

The insurance is easy to understand, and claims have been processed efficiently. Having the insurance gives me peace of mind that if my dog has a serious problem, most of the cost will be paid through the insurance.

Great program, so glad to have our dogs insured! Payment could be faster, though.

I LOVE Nationwide Pet Insurance! We have the My Pet Protection With Wellness, and it helps tremendously knowing that not only can we take care of our dogs if they become ill or injured, but that we won't be financially devastated if they do. They only criticism I have is how long it takes to receive the payment once the claim has been submitted. Usually more than 3 weeks, even with electronic payment.

Nationwide is the best and afforable pet insurance

The insurance is affordable out of all other pet insurance that I checked and the claim reimbursement turnaround time is outstanding and last but not least the customer service is great!!!!!

Easing the financial stress while stressed about my dogs health

My Labs been in pain, of an undetermined origin. He pants, and paces, won’t laybdown, can’t get comfortable. I spent a lot of time with my vet trying to figure it out, eventually we had to see a specialist. She’s been able to figure out an inflammatory bowel disease and we finally have him on some meds that are dramatically reducing his pain. It’s been a stressful time and for the most part a feeling I’d helplessness not knowing what was wrong and how to help him. Having that stress along with the stress of vet bills was made easier knowing he has pet insurance. He’s feeling better and the vet bills are being processed for reimbursement. I also recently adopted another lab, a 5 year old female, one of the first things I did was get her pet insurance.

Such peace of mind!

Nationwide gives us such peace of mind for all three of our dogs! It's so easy to just submit a claim and know that almost all of the cost is being covered. I just wish the claims didn't take as long to process.

Very efficient and highly professional

Have had pet insurance through ASPCA for 8 years or so and have had excellent communications no matter what the topic. All staff is courteous and happy to help.

Worth the wait

As a new member the first time submitting a claim I had to provide the history/medical records for my pet. Once done the claim was under review and the payment came through. So worth the wait. They have also followed up on his status since he got very sick to make sure I was okay with what was being said and done for his care. Thanks for keeping an eye out on us owners during a very stressful time.

Disappointing and typical

The loopholes you take should not really surprise me as an insurance company, but was hoping for more transparency and honesty. No one in their right mind would think that our dog had a pre-existing illness. On top of the fact that you would not even cover the wellness test performed that found the disease. Dogs are tested for heartworms as part of their regular vet check ups and because our test was positive, you just don't cover that either. I gave all medical records upon our first claim which only took 3 weeks. Any claims after that took 6o to 90 days!!!! That's absolutely absurd Communication and willingness to keep your customers informed is non-existent. The only reason we still have this plan is because at this point, it would cost us more to cancel it before the term is up.
