Embrace-A pleasure to deal with.
Embrace has to be the easiest insurance company I have dealt with. Their customer service is amazing. Within a day of submitting your claim, they will acknowledge they have it and are processing it. If, there is anything missing, they will reach out right away. At any time, you can call them and go over your policy and get answers for any questions you may have.

Not timely on claims
I am not happy with the claims review process. You say it can take up to 30 days to review a claim. However, then you ask for more information and then take another 30 days. I have a claim outstanding from June 27th. The initial review still indicates "complete" however, additional information was requested. So another 30 days started. Then, I received a letter stating they needed more that. My dog had a urinary infection and needed antibiotics. It doesn't seem like this diagnosis takes a genius to accept and pay. I think this is ridiculous. I just started this plan thinking that it would be good. Pay promptly and it will be.

They are great about paying my claims and have saved me hundreds of dollars.
I have had three dogs with Nationwide Pet Ins. Unfortunately one passed away of cancer. They saved me several hundred dollars and several thousand for another who had surgery on his back leg. I can't complain about anything. If you feel they should have paid a claim they refused they are very good about revisiting the claim if you give them more information.

Lengthy complicated claims handled easily and payments reasonable
Over many months, my little dog saw several different vets, specialists, and some alternative practitioners. I submitted about 8 claims so far and there will be more to come, all for the same issue, and these crossed over one claim year and into the next. The ASPCA phone app, and a very patient person on the phone at ASPCA who walked me through the procedure, made it fairly fast and easy to submit all the claims. The explanation of benefits forms returned to me (via email) were clear and easy to understand, and the reimbursements made were reasonable. Thank you ASPCA!

I have an English Bulldog with significant allergy and skin issues... thankfully we made a smart decision in buying pet insurance. Trupanion continues to deliver amazing claims service. They are professional, timely and accurate with payment of all claims... and we submit an average of 2 claims per month. Don't hesitate to buy protection for your pet... and understand your policy and it's limits - Trupanion is one of the best!

I’m always able to get the best care possible for my fur baby.
I never have to hesitate getting medical treatment for my dog. My fur baby that passed away this past June due to brain cancer received the best treatment we could get for her. It cost thousands and ASPCA reimbursed without any questions and hesitation. I know I could never get better pet insurance.

I'll always have insurance through Pets Best!
I brought my 1 1/2 year old boxer dog in for allergy testing. He's never had it done before and not a pre-existing condition. I was really nervous because it was an expensive procedure and I've heard horror stories of insurances finding ways of not paying. Not pets best! They paid for everything! Except a $7 charge for disposal of waste. I only had my 10% co-pay. I was relieved and so glad I invested in pet insurance. It is totally worth it. I think the claims process is easy, just snap a picture and submit. It takes about a week to process and then 1-2 business days to get paid. Every time I call the people are super friendly and very helpful. I'll always have pet insurance through Pets Best! Thanks!

I am so pleased and impressed.
I am so pleased and impressed with Pets Best. My dog developed diabetes about 8 months after I enrolled her in your program. The insurance has paid for almost everything including having cataracts removed. She was completely blind and now she can see.
