Great health coverage
We are lucky that our insurance covered Rex's dental extractions as those can be costly. Very easy to understand the claims and like that I receive a notification via email.

Quick and easy
Our fur baby, Cheeks, got very sick and was facing a lifetime of going back to the vet to fix the same problem, or he could have the surgery that would prevent further visits and give him a more comfortable life. Having pet insurance made the decision an easy one, we were able to get him the surgery and feeling better. The process of filing claims was much easier than I thought it would be and we were reimbursed within the month. Thank you Nationwide!

Payment on claims
Quinn, Amy and Otis cannot say enough about the experience we have had with Nationwide Pet Insurance. Nationwide has been so exceptionally wonderful since we started with them when Otis was a puppy. Otis was run over by a truck as a puppy and was in a trauma center for over 7 days, much rehab needed after that, tore both ACL's and multiple other occurrences. Luckily Otis is doing well now and is 5 1/2 hears old. We want to thank of course the veterinarians that saved his life multiple times, but would also like to thank Nationwide for their care, concern and prompt payments after claims were sent in. We have never had a problem with our claims for Otis and if there are ever any questions, the representatives are more than willing to help. I am a Registered Nurse and am very impressed with Nationwide. We recommend Nationwide to all our pet friends and have told our veterinarians to pass along the information. Thank you again for helping us keep our "baby" Otis healthy and in our lives, he is our miracle Chessie and look forward to many happy and healthy years ahead with him.

Won't ever be without this insurance for my pet
So far love the insurance. At times, they take a while to pay, but, they are fair and this insurance has been a blessing! Thank you so very much!!! You never plan for a pet emergency, but I rest easier knowing Nationwide has us covered.

Embrace made it possible for our pup to have the surgeries that he needed to survive pancreatitis.
Our 2-1/2 year old german shorthaired pointer was diagnosed with severe, necrotizing pancreatitis. Due to the severity of the condition, he subsequently developed complications that required multiple surgeries to correct. If it wasn't for Embrace Pet Insurance, we would not have been able to afford the required treatments. They were very prompt with processing claims, and their customer service team is one of the best that we have ever dealt with. It was nice not to have to worry too much about the financial aspect of treatment during this very stressful time. Excellent claims service
The service that we have received in the 2 years IZZY has been a member of Nationwide Pet has been superb. The claims have been paid in less than 30 days and the process of receiving the money electronically is very easy. A great experience for us. We are renewing the policy in Sept and look forward to continued great service.
