Surprised you don't help out with spaying animals
I have to say , I love your company. You have saved the life of my older dog Eva twice by helping us give her the treatment she needed when she had a stroke over 2 1/2 yrs ago. We were going to put her down but with your help, she was able to get the treatment she needed and made a full recovery. Now she has cancer and again you helped us to remove tumors . She is hanging in there and having good quality of life for now. We have a new addition Bailey and we got the wellness and major med coverage for her and you have been good. We just had her fixed and was surprised you don't do anything for that. Especially when it's known to prevent certain cancers and illnesses if you don't. Just wanted to tell you that. Best pet insurance ever
Having a dog diagnosed with diabetes and sick beyond description is beyond stressful. Now with my healthy kid back home , I can tell you that healthy paws was so professional and caring that I am honestly blown away! They even called to check on my dog. Amazing!!!

What a relief in times of need Healthypaws definitely comes through!!
I cannot express how thankful I am to have healthypaws pet insurance for my poor 5 month old newfoundland puppy. I have always wanted a newfoundland and this past June I purchased the perfect puppy, Odin, from the greenfield puppies sight. After an 8 hour drive and a great deal of money I arrived home with this handsome ball of silver fluff only to find that it appeared that he had a UTI after a week or so of having him. With further investigation, and over $3,000 in vet bills thus far we found out that my poor Odin has a terribly Kidney problem that could possibly terminal. On top of all of this two weeks ago Odin developed a problem with his paw that landed him in my local Emergency Veterinarian Specialist office! They were unsure if he had a fractured growth plate or a torn ligament. So yet again a few thousand dollars later and a night in the hospital we came to find that it was only a swollen fluid pocket that housed a nasty bacterial infection (they believe this could have been because of digging in the yard and getting stung by a wasp!). I could have never afforded the wonderful care that my fur baby received without the aid of Healthypaws. Throughout the last few months it has been a hectic rollercoaster but knowing that I had healthypaws insurance to help cover the costs of treatment I never had to worry about the financial aspect of care and got to solely focus on Odin getting better.

We’ve had the policy with Nationwide since our dog was a puppy. It has saved us many times over every time she has to go to a vet which has been more often than we had anticipated. A quick turn around time and a great customer service!

We are so glad that we switched insurance companies, as this provides comprehensive support of our dog, from wellness visits to prescriptions to injuries/sickness. The only reason I ranked it a 9 instead of a 10 is that submitting a claim is very tedious. I have found that the vitus vet app is much easier to use when submitting a claim.

Great service for the price and fast claims. Always keeping me apprised on the status of claims that are filed. Have referred many friends that have pets or just got a new pet to help with medical expenses that come with owning a pet.

ASPCA is excellent pet insurance at a quite reasonable rate.
I have two standard poodles, one of which became blind (PRA) and in addition has Cushings disease requiring medicine twice daily for the rest of her life. I have been very impressed with the ease of making claims and the quickness of response. In addition people are easily available to discuss any questions about coverage or protocol for submissions. I'm happy to report that the second poodle is healthy thus far.

Great Company!
Great company! They make the claim process a breeze and really give you the impression they care for the wellbeing of your pet. This was my second major claim in 3 years, and both times they made the process worry free. Anyone looking to get pet insurance, look no further!
