This insurance is a nightmare
This insurance is a nightmare. They never payed off their part, always looked for reasons to deny even though I was with them for 2 years since I got my dog as a 7 week old pup. Spent so much energy appealing every decision, involved my vet who wrote letters of explanations. Now I am done. Canceled the subscription and will never go back there again. I do not recommend getting involved with them even though USAA recommends them. Embrace is terrible, the worst!

having a problem navigating and submitting information, finally got out and tried to get back in site, would not load, soooooo tried a different way and finally able to submit my claim. never had this problem before, what is going on?????

Amanda is the best. Let me type that again just to be sure you didn't miss it. Amanda is the best. For quite a long period of time I was in the field of Customer Service. I started as a phone rep and eventually, over the years worked my way up to Director. I have listened to more recorded calls than I can count, done caller training, automated centers and on and on. Never have I encountered someone as good as Amanda. She knows what to do, does it with efficiency and accuracy and uses compassion and understanding all the while. She knows her product and has a very broad understanding of all things related to it. She should get a nice pay raise, an extra paid day off and lunch with a director. Very, very happy that she is an American, speaks perfect English and is very smart! You have a gem in Amanda!
