The great and the bad
Reimbursement and customer service for claim errors has been top notch. The app used to be great and easy but now it is terrible. The Face ID no longer works, no longer saves my login. I can see basic info but then if I want to see claims or change, it opens a browser within the app to login again which is weird. But no matter how many times that browser comes up, it thinks it’s a new device and needs to be verified with email every time although always the same device and always through the app. Sometimes it just glitches and says unavailable. Weird. Am worried how much it’ll be raised after claims.

Spot insurance is so easy to get and the process for the refund for all my dogs vet visits are so easy to process. I love that because in the middle of the stress of my poor baby sick I don't have to worry of submitting long questioners to access the benefits.

Tucker 11 yr old male
I picked up Pets Best in March 2025 after my previous company of 11 years forced my to shop around. Unfortunately in June 2025 Tucker was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Pets Best started paying claims right away. I am thankful for Pets Best. They have enabled me to continue to care for Tucker. If not for Pets Best I would have had to make the decision to put him down. Thank you Pets Best for helping me care for Tucker.
