Would certainly recommend Fetch pet insurance for one's loved ones!

I spoke with Laura who advised me on what coverage to take out for my 8 week old puppy. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish!. Laura is a lovely gentle mannered lady, at the same time very professional who was able to assist me in a very courteous and short period of time :)

Excellent service - recommend you call with any questions

Karley was very patient, kind, helpful, understanding and knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable in signing up with Fetch for my rescue dog. Bonus points - I accidentally hung up mid conversation and she / Fetch made it very easy for me to reconnect with her.

Is it worth it? YES

I have been concerned about if insurance is worth it. But, I cant express enough how fulfilling and awesome you are. I would pay anything to keep Daniel healthy. But, to know that Embrace is there always to help with the expenses. Your customer care is so warm and a pleasure to talk to. Your on-line claim submission is very easy. And, this is coming from a bit of slow and illiterate computer person. As, well I'm not going to give my age. But, as Daniel's father has passed he is my savior. And, you have given me my peace of mind. I have been negotiating in my head if the monthly fee can be justified. But, absolutely positively is. Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
