You guys really do care. I've called several times lately so you know how difficult it's been for us. thank you so much for the card that came today. It was personalized just for our baby Rover with best wishes for healing vibes and lots of love. We put kibbles in the envelope so Rover could feel like it really was his card. That was very sweet and very sincere. Thank you!

They cover 90%, offer payment directly to the clinic if the clinic has It 'set up, and the customer service is FANTASTIC. It gives me the opportunity to say, yes, fix my dog rather than the feeling of absolute powerlessness when my girl is sick.

Incredibly caring
Everyone was incredibly caring when we spoke on the phone, and was very quick and responsive to getting us the preapprovals for treatment. Once we had invoices for the emergency care, we submitted and they were quickly approved and paid, and even payment was received quickly. Everything was so easy to address and I couldn't have asked for anything better!
