Healthy Paws has the fastest claim processing and the best customer service of the multiple pet insurance companies I've used.
I have had pet insurance policies with 3 other companies and can say that Healthy Paws has BY FAR the best customer service and fastest claim processing of all of them. I have had 2 dogs with cancer, one with an eye injury and a fourth who required a splenectomy and have not had to jump through hoops one time to get a claim processed or been hit with a significant premium increase or had my coverage being changed (reduced) due to a carrier change as I have with other companies. They are definitely worthy of their high ratings!

Nationwide is still and always on the Dog's Side!
Nationwide Pet Insurance is only as good as the person on the other end of the telephone and when you call for anything they are the most helpful and professional people you could ever want to encounter. If only my local physician or hospital was a detailed, friendly and prompt as the Nationwide team. Quick and easy form and claim process
My older dog had a sudden stomach bug and had to be hospitalized. After the vet gave the quote I called to double check my coverage since it was my first claim. The response was quick and reassuring. The claim paperwork was seamless and I received my refund in a timely matter. I’m so glad I did my homework picking this plan, it’s exactly what I needed in adopting an older dog. I feel at ease that I have it!

Nationwide has always been very helpful whenever I've had to call customer service. The reps are nice, the claims are paid in a timely manner, and I've never had cause to raise a fuss about anything. That's something in this day and age.

Why didn't I get such insurance with our previous dogs?!?
The vet help line was great when I needed guidance on what to do with our puppy. The insurance help great with the cost of services. The follow-up is great in making sure she stays healthy.

Hassle free pet insurance.
Very happy we have Nationwide pet insurance for our 2 dogs and my sons dog. You hope you never have to use insurance but we have had a few high vet bills due to sickness and injuries. Having this insurance saved us thousands over the past two years. Nationwide's online claim form is very easy to fill out and can be emailed to them which expedites the claim. We have had no issues with Nationwide paying claims promptly and correctly. If you love your pets, I would highly recommend Nationwide over other pet insurance options.

I wish my human health coverage was as good as Healthy Paws pet insurance!!
I can't tell you how happy I am with your company. I was crushed when I learned that my dog had to have ACL surgery. The people at Healthy Paws are actual real people. They helped every step of the way and checked in on Rocky throughout the process. Even little things like calling back when they said they would, reaching out to my primary vet as well as the surgeon to track down info and records so I didn't have to. Not to mention the coverage! It was exceptional on every level. Thank you so much for taking care of my boy!!
