The claims process was very easy. Prompt payment and direct deposit is wonderful. I feel the non-payment of certain items on a bill should be explained more clearly.

Pets Best processed the claim quickly (received claim in fewer than 5 days), and they were very understanding and caring about my cat's treatable diagnosis. The claim paperwork was easily to follow, too.
