Healthy Paws saved our dog
3 years ago, my boyfriend and I really wanted a dog. Being in our early 20's, money was tight so we called around to several vets in the area to see what they suggest we do prior to getting a dog. One vet in particular explained the benefits of having pet insurance and mentioned HealthyPaws. Two days later, we brought home Nala, a Dogue de Bordeaux and started HealthyPaws the next day. It wasn't long that we realized having this insurance was the best decision we've ever made. Two months later she got pancreatitis. This was just the start of her health roller coaster. 3 years forward, she has over 40 claims, ranging from allergies, to blood transfusions, to pancreatitis, emergency surgery, medications and more. If there is one thing I tell people when they decide to get a puppy, is to get Healthy Paws insurance. We signed up for the $200 deductible with 90% back. Never once have I had an issue with a claim not going through and with their app, it makes my life so much easier. We receive our direct deposit back from the insurance within two weeks and the customer support is always very friendly. If we didn't have Healthy Paws, we wouldn't be able to afford our sweet Nala.

Caring staff and quick reimbursements
They care about my pet. They always ask how he is doing. The process to file claims is quick and easy. Reimbursements are usually paid out in 2-3 weeks. I’ve never had a problem. When they are super busy it can take up to six weeks but that’s only happened one time .

Wow-Just in the nick of time I EMbraced EMBRACE!
I have always had small pets and cats. Finally got around to getting pet insurance for my Aussie Mist. Embrace recommendation via my vet. I liked the interaction when I called Embrace and the wellness reimbursement. Also, credit for spade-neuter. Well, had NO idea young cat thought she was a dog and ingested Pom poms. Thankfully, she did well with surgery. She will never be a show cat- but we love her! Thank you Embrace.
