So slow to pay claims

Nationwide promises claim payment within 30 days of claim submission. I am currently waiting on 2 claims over 30 days old. One is expected to take nearly 90 days! Customer service is rude and not helpful.

Nationwide is the best!

I took insurance out on my kitten with the thought that “if” something should happen, never expecting it would..but Rocky got hurt and it cost me a lot, but Nationwide was there and covered most of the expenses..I’m so grateful that Rocky is a healthy happy crazy kitten again, and I’m grateful to Nationwide for offering me a policy that I could afford and for standing behind that policy! I can’t say enough about your staff and your company! I tell everyone about Nationwide!

Taking care of Sassi!

We are so very pleased with Nationwide Pet Insurance. We debated for a couple of years before we actually bought it, thinking that it would be as horrible if not worse than insurance for ourselves. Actually it is easier, quicker & less time consuming in filing claims for Sassi than dealing with our insurance. There is no run around & claims are processed quickly with a 90% reimbursement every time! Thank you so much in caring for our fur babies, Sassi & Pippa!

Best peace of mind!

I have always had positive experiences with Trupanion. Every claim I've filed has been processed quickly with a complete breakdown of the coverage and reimbursement. The only downside is the cost of the premiums, but it seems to be "you get what you pay for" in this case. I briefly considered switching insurance companies due to the cost, but Trupanion won my business through their personal touch. I didn't feel like another nameless customer, and I felt like they provided me with great information to make the right choice for my dogs. I know I've paid more in premiums than I've gotten reimbursed through claims, but the peace of mind I have is priceless. I know I can always make the right medical choices for my dogs because Trupanion has got our back!

You can’t get a better insurance company

Lucy has had cancer 3 different times. Two needed surgery, the other needed long term chemo. Her policy covered her surgery and treatments. The claim process was easy and the staff at Embrace are very helpful. Lucy recommends Embrace big times. They help save her life 3 times

Pleased with the entire process

Second claim filed for another foreign object in my dog so another surgery. I filed my claim online, immediate response that it had been received. Within 4 days I got an email with explanation of benefits and 3 days later a check. Could not have been easier and was very pleased with the entire process.
