Coverage has been superior
The level of coverage and assistance offered in most situations has been superior for at least a decade of my use. Though I have been disappointed with one supposedly pre-existing condition and with the lack of coverage at the time of my 15 year old dogs death concerning things like euthanasia and cremation, I have been ever grateful for the personal, person to person contact I have been offered over the years and have become clearer and clearer on the idea that Trupanion is one of the best investments I have ever made to take care of my Benny and Molly.

Insurance paid me back quickly
When my dogs needed care the insurance paid me back quickly which was important to me. The claims process is streamlined and straight forward. Your customer service representatives are very well trained. My only disappointment is hearing that my premium is almost going to double. I can handle reasonable increases but I m still figuring out what I am going to do.

Customer service answered my questions
Before filing a claim, I phoned Customer Service. My question was answered and the person who helped me was friendly & sympathetic. I emailed the claim on a Wednesday and on Friday the cheques arrived in the mail. I was so surprised - don t think I've ever had such speedy service.
