PetsBest makes decision making easier
My dog was diagnosed with a serious disease, suddenly and unexpectedly. He is quite young and his diagnosis required and continues to require ongoing medical attention including surgeries, medications and continuing medical monitoring. The financial responsibility gas been enormous....thankfully, PetsBest has made these challenging days of decision making and care easier. I cannot be more appreciative for the responsiveness for my claims and the cooperation in working with my veterinarian. I have recommended PetsBest to many. Thank you!

Very pleased with the service
I have two of my Jap Chins dogs insured by Pets Best. One of them, Lola had been sick a few times. She needed surgery in one of her eyes a few months ago and a month ago she had trace of blood in her urine. Lola had eye surgery and payment from Pets Best was received after deductible as expected. Then she had to be taken to the regular vet for the urine blood trace and again consultation, medications and test were paid by Pets Best as expected. Very pleased with the service.

Pets Best did a very good job
Pets Best did a very good job with my recent claim for my dog, Phoebe. I faxed my claim on a Monday and called on that Thursday to see if they had received it and the claim was not in the computer yet. However, the next day I had an email saying it was received and being processed. The next week I received the information as to how much was due to me and would be deposited in my checking account. It was there in just a couple of days. I am very pleased this experience. Thank you.

Highly Recommend this Pet Insurance Company.
I have a 2 year and 9 months year old Maltese who has had severe stomach issues in the recent past and I have made multiple claims. This insurance is great. Pays as set in your policy. Extremely easy claim process. Many option when setting up your policy. In the past before there was Trupanion, I had the only other pet insurance for my dog (s)and it wasn't near as good as Trupanion Pet Insurance.
