Reassured in the claims process
My cat needed to go to the vet for a kidney stone, throwing up, etc. last minute. After taking her, I was able to file the claim extremely easy. First I printed out the documents to fill out, but then realized I did not even need to do that. I just needed the bill and that was it. I did not expect for the claims to be processed as quickly as it was, it took about a day. Overall, I am extremely Reassured considering all the negative reviews I have read about people not being reimbursed reassured considering all the negative reviews I have read about people not being reimbursed

Easy and fast process
I am technologically challenged and was concerned a claim would be difficult to file. I don't even know what the formats you asked for meant. But I took pics of the needed info, attached them to the form, and like magic I was done. The response time was very fast. Wish people insurance was so easy.

Everything was quick and easy
In a time that was super stressful, my dog having to go to the hospital because she ate something she wasn't supposed to, was made easy with PetsBest. Everything was quick and easy, I just logged in, uploaded the invoice from the hospital, and not long after we received the check in the mail. It couldn't have been smoother. It's also nice to know that we didn't have to stress about the money we were spending to help our pet. Thank you PetsBest. I wish there were a few more days to file an accident claim. With everything being so chaotic, it could be easy to miss the date.

Trupanion is awesome!!!
You're awesome!!! Friendly, quick, efficient. . . can't say enough. Whenever I have a chance to speak with a new pet owner(or any pet owner for that matter) I ask them if they have pet insurance and if they don't I go into the reasons why they should. I was asked the last time I did this if I was on commission. If it weren't for Trupanion my little Molly (soon to be 14 yr old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) would probably not be with us still today. Thanks so much for all your help over the years with all of our past and present fur babies . . . China, Missy, Molly, Keely, Abby and Lex. Good to know you' re always there.

The best pet insurance there is
I love nationwide pet insurance. Nationwide is the only pet insurance that allows for wellness checks, non emergency vet visits, and yearly shots. I love that no matter why I have to take my baby to the vet that he is covered. Customer service is amazing, they always reply to emails within 48 hours, they check in on my baby to make sure he is okay after going to the vet. I love that I can speak with a vet anytime of the day. I think nationwide pet insurance is a must have for any pet owner.
