Excellent, Caring Service
My wife and I were recently Healthy Paws customers until we suddenly lost our mastiff. Losing our dog was a significant tragedy and while that can't be changed, the stress of that could have been so much worse. She had significant hospital bills which were terrifying to rack up. On multiple occasions, we have had to file large claims and each time, they were reimbursed without argument. We cannot tell you how grateful we are for that. Additionally, a couple of weeks after our loss, we received a card signed by the team at Healthy Paws. It was very touching. I don't know when we'll get another dog but when we do, we will for sure be insuring them through Healthy Paws as well as recommending Healthy Paws to everyone we know. **A 9 was given rather than a 10 only on the basis of having to be reimbursed rather than payment being directly issued to the Vet; otherwise, I would rate a 10**

Great Decision
So pleased I decided to purchase pet insurance through Nationwide! The cost is reasonable, customer service is terrific. Very easy to submit a claim and it is paid quickly. The explanation of benefits is very helpful. Will always use and recommend Nationwide for my pets.

Life Saver for Pet Medical Expenses
Recently, my older Bichon had two emergencies, one of which required unexpected surgery. Dog surgeries aren't cheap. And this came out of the blue. I submitted my dog's medical receipts, and ASPCA Insurance sent me a very nice check to cover a portion. Then my dog partially tore an ACL. More vet expenses and another helping hand from ASPCA health insurance. At one time I wouldn't have considered the expense of pet insurance worth it. But after going through this year in particular with unusual vet bills popping up, it was a relief to have pet insurance, and ASPCA is excellent in responding. Worth the insurance fees to have the help when you're suddenly hit with an unexpected bill.

Trupanion is tops with Mom Cat
I had not considered pet insurance until I was offered a 30 day free trial for Mom Cat with Trupanian. I have a multi-cat and multi-dog household and had never used any pet insurance. I continued with Trupanian and was I glad that I did. Mom Cat developed Diabetes and Trupanion helps to pay for her insulin, syringes, and diabetic treatments. In retrospect I wish I had Trupanian coverage on my other pets to help pay for tens of thousands of dollars the treatment of cancer and other medical issues. Trupanian has proven to be much easier to work with than my own health insurance. I have only had the best experience with Trupanian.

Very timely response time
Excellent coverage, nobody likes to pay a monthly premium, however when I submitted my claim, I forgot one page (itemized bill)… was emailed for it and you contacted the veterinary office for it. I faxed it the next day and received a claim response the next day. Excellent communication and response time, will recommend to my friends

Trupanion pays claims.
Trupanion pays claims. It s that simple, no big arguments, just service as described. I have not had this experience with any other Pet coverage. Also, you hire great call center reps who don t make me dread calling.
