Wonderful Customer service!
I'm very pleased so far with my interactions with this insurence company, although I was a little dissapointed the claims took longer than expected, almost 7 weeks. Your customer service reps are outstanding. I talked to three different people in two days,(Sherry, Tory and Sharon, I believe) and they were all very kind, personal and helpful. People like them make it a joy to do business with and I think they may need a raise or a nice holiday bonus. How am I doing ladies? I really did enjoy talking with each of these ladies.

Great Pet Insurance best thing for anyone to have.
I recommend this insurance to anyone with a pet. This is the best thing I ever did to help my loving pets. Wouldn't be without it. They are easy to submit claims and fast on the returns. Love the direct deposit .

it is worth the money if you start with a puppy
had two dogs one on it. Almost wouldn't cover anything on my 6 year old but covered everything my puppy. So if you start with a puppy it is a good value. Other thing it took 3+ weeks to handle claim. Even when claim is sent the same day. Seems a little to long.

Not only is making a Nationwide claim easy, especially with the VitusVet app, it is no-hassle and worry-free! Our senior kitty was recently diagnosed with a bladderstone and we didn't lose a wink knowing that we could get her treated and Nationwide would take care of us. With a few simple "clicks", the claim is in and I can focus on loving on my kitty. When they're done, it goes directly into our account with another simple click. We have truly enjoyed our Nationwide experience so far.

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU
My dog saw an emergency vet a year and a half ago for blood in her urine because she played too hard and suffered some trauma. Now, my dog is having UTI problems, completely and obviously unrelated. Trupanion is claiming I am ineligible because of the blood in her urine even though that was TRAUMA and this is an actual illness. I pay trupanion to help me with the $500 cost of this treatment and they refuse to cover it. THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY AND WILL FIND ANY REASON POSSIBLE TO NOT COVER CLEARLY COVERED ILLNESSES IN YOUR POLICY.
