Pet Best is the best.
Pet Best is the " best ". I have been dealing with them since Lucky Max was 8weeks old. He's going to be 5 years by next month. Never once did they (Pet Best) disappoint me. They really process your claim very fast. Thanks.

Pleasantly surprised
I got my dog a year ago, based on the urging of others I reluctantly purchased pet insurance, and I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of insurance and customer support,. I really appreciate not having to fight over getting claims paid, although I wouldn't mind in you could speed up the 30 day processing.

Peace of mind when we need it most
Getting VPI (now Nationwide) pet insurance was one of the best things we could have done for our dogs. When they get sick or injured, we can focus on getting them the care they need and not how it will hurt our finances. We have had a couple expensive emergency and diagnostic visits that were completely covered after deductible and that is the kind of peace of mind that we so value. Nationwide agents have been so professional and friendly every time we have talked to them. Claims are easy and although payments take a few weeks, those are easy with direct deposit. Thanks!!!

Efficient, fair, and easy to use.
I feel like Nationwide has done very well by my family. We have 3 cats on Nationwide, and 2 with serious health issues that Nationwide has supported us through without any additional effort on our parts. I would highly recommend using Nationwide coupled with the Vitus Vet app to allow for quick claim entry to ALL per owners as an essential element of your families health strategy.

Glad I choose to have an insurance for pet
Never had pet insurance before, seemed to have not needed it - but the first time I got it out of a whim it really helped us ! Puppy swallowed something a month after got coverage ! thanks for a great service !

Do not buy this pet insurance
I turned in 2 claims. Received no feedback as to whether or not they would be paid. After 2 1/2 months I called. I was told the insurance does not cover diabetes because I have a “basic” policy. They never fail to take $45 out of my account each month but can’t even respond to several emails I sent them regarding the claims. I cancelled the insurance. Worthless!
