Awesome, from beginning to end
From beginning to end, my experience reporting my dogs knee injury was wonderful. When I first called with questions, the rep was great and gave me correct information that held up throughout the claims process. I submitted the claim for my girls surgery about 8 weeks after she had it. I wanted to make sure I had all the receipts and that she was in the clear with her healing. (She’s doing GREAT!). I submitted the claim and was reimbursed (money in my account) within a couple days. It was reviewed and processed very quickly! I highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance. Their customer support folks are so kind and professional. They seem like animal lovers - very caring about our fur babies. It’s scary when our beloved pets are seriously injured. They seemed to genuinely understand and showed concern about that. Great people, great organization. And they came through for us - without scratching and clawing to resolution. 💕 I’m so grateful. We added a second pet to our policy, our 9 month old puppy.

Pets Best is amazing!
We have used Pets Best for our dog for 5 years and we have been consistently happy with their payouts for claims and for their 24/7 vet service line. Pets Best has always covered what they said they would under our plan (we have a $250 deductible and then they cover 90% of covered services in our policy and we cover the remaining 10%) which has been great and super helpful financially - a plus is that they've completed and payed out the claims in a very timely manner! Unfortunately, our dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer, and we've been consistently grateful that we've had Pets Best over the years, but are especially grateful during this time knowing we are able to provide the best care possible to our doggo! We highly recommend Pets Best to all dog and cat owners as we have had an amazing experience with them over the years! Truly the best!
