Horrible
They deny 99% of claims. They always say pre-existing conditions, when they are not. When I first got the dog from the shelter, his first sickness they denied for pre-existing condition. I should have took that as a sign.

We adopted our pup from a rescue. It was the rescue that suggested MetLife. Unfortunately our puppy has severe food alertness - Fortunately we have MetLife. We’ve never been challenged on a claim, and the process couldn’t be easier.

Simply the Best
I have referred several friends to Pets Best. Have never before found a company as reliable as they are. Throughout my cat Mithra's long illness and recovery process there has never been a question. He has had tooth resorption, FIP, IBD and calcium deficiency and with the vet's and their help has fought back and hopefully has seen the last of illnesses. I've gotten apology emails if it took a little longer to process...and the reimbursement to my account has been timely, accurate and informative as to how the amount was arrived at. It's amazing to me to hear people say, "oh, I'll just save some money every month for my pet's care", and then disaster strikes and they never did. I hope nothing ever changes. with Pets Best. Premiums go up just like humans and cats age faster but they are for the most part reasonable. I am so glad to be a long time customer of Pets Best."
