Nationwide has continued to provide efficient, timely and courteous care to my pet issues for over 3 years. I can always call a customer service rep and get someone on the line quickly to answer my questions and guide me through any decisions that need to be made for Guideaux's coverage. River ultimately had to be put down due to the progress of juvenile cancer
The response to questions and turn around on payment has been acceptable. However with River's death we'll obviously be cancelling the policy. It was a very good investment under the unfortunate circumstance

So very thankful
I have two kittens recently adopted, now 7 months old, and one came down with a serious disease. WE are grief stricken and heart broken. This is my first experience with pet insurance and i am so incredibly grateful that my veterinarian's office suggested this to me. They have covered my claims for my sick kitten without any issues at all. The website is super convenient. They were also quick to process my claims and send me reimbursement. Although we are so sad about our family pet, I am so happy for the coverage during this stressful time. Thank you Embrace!

Exceptional!
I submitted my claim on 1/15, immediately informed it had been received, and on 1/17 I received the EOB. Pets Best Service, in the 3 years I've had it, has been exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best!

I have been very pleased
I have been very pleased with Trupanion. I have had to use their services with both of my dogs. I like that they don't refuse treatment to dog breeds that are predisposed towards certain health problems, even though my dogs have not fallen into that category. I warn those looking for insurance to be sure to check if the company excludes certain health problems for particular breeds. Trupanion also pays the bills quickly.
