Short-changed with no explanation

You paid me for only a portion of my claim. You provided no explanation for why the rest of the claim was not paid. I resent the time I have to spend to find out why I was short-changed!

Frankie thanks you for your prompt attention in the matter of his surgery

Having been my first claim ever in my 3+ years with Embrace I wasn't sure what to expect. My dog, Frankie, had an injury to his leg in the form of a torn ligament which required surgery. They processed my claim immediately and I had the check in my mailbox in less than 2 weeks. The process was straightforward and expedient as far as paperwork goes. I provided my invoices and all veterinarian information and they did the rest. I have already referred you to a co-worker. Thank you, Embrace. I look forward to doing business with you as long as I have dog babies.

A good insurance that makes it easier for pet parents to care for their pets and have coverage.

I switched to ASPCA pet insurance when the company I was with changed coverage criteria, making deductibles payable on each illness. I am pleased that ASPCA has not done that and only requires one yearly deductible. Their rates are reasonable which makes it possible for me to get the extra financial help with taking care of my 13 year old cat. They always address any of my concerns immediately when I call. At times processing claims takes longer than I would like.

It was a please to have uspca pet insurance they were very easy to talk to and they call to ensure that my baby was doing ok refunds were prompt and I have been telling friends about the service

Great service

I had a really positive experience with nationwide when I had to submit my claim for my dog after he got sick. They were very quick to process, gave me all the proper email communication, and received my check promptly in the mail. The service is very much appreciated

The vet hot line is very helpful!

I called the vet hotline when my 7 month old German Shepherd puppy was having an allergic reaction in the car as I was driving. They gave good advice and even called the next day to follow up on how she was doing!

Claim was quick, easy, and efficient

I have had my dog for 4 years and this was the first time I needed to file a claim. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the entire process was. The vet office sent in my claim and I received an email from Embrace when they received the claim and also when the claim was approved with all of the information. I received the check reimbursement within a week. I could not have been more satisfied and I have shared that with several of my dog owner friends.
