Extremely friendly
My dog has a history of KCS in both eyes. In October 2018, a small growth appeared on her right cornea. Although it was initially presumed to be KCS inflammation, it was later diagnosed as carcinoma. The initial claim was denied as KCS, while pending biopsy results. I was later able to appeal the decision and it was overturned. Although the appeal process typically takes 30 days, I appreciate the fairness, diligence and compassion of petsbest. Your customer service staff is extremely friendly which is also appreciated by concerned pet owners such as myself. Thanks for all you do.

Fantastic insurance company, pay the claims quickly, when I call great customer service. I tell everyone about you, especially my vets office. People complain about how much the vet is, I tell them you need Pets Best. Thank you for helping to take care of my Dexter.

Pets best was there to help!
Gwyn was shaking her head and scratching at her ear. We took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with an ear infection and treated with medication. Pet's best was there to help! Paid out the eligible portion of the illness claim within days of filing.
