We are all grateful!!!
My little girl Nekah was diagnosed with a Heart condition that was treatable but enviably would end her life. Having PetsBest was a God send to help me give Nekah the best of care to the end of her life. She was given a year or two at most in her condition and with PetsBest I was able to keep her with me for almost six years. Nekah was very special to me since she gave me a huge warning that something was wrong with me. My diagnosis was cancer and Nekah knew it before me and if she did not do what she did I may have never known. Nekah saved my life! Therefore I was able to start a long treatment and lived through it. Now Nekah needed me and I was able to get her the help she so desperately needed and with PetsBest Insurance I was able to do everything humanly possible. Thank you PetsBest for never questioning her treatment and all the medications Nekah had to take. I miss her so much but I would not have has her those added six years without the Insurance with PetsBest. Nekah thanks you Cassy (her little sister) thanks you and most of all I thank you. Although for only a year my little pup Ginger thanks you too. Nekah treated her like her very own puppy. We are all grateful!!!

Reviewed appeal quickly
I was initially denied because periodontal disease is not covered, but after my appeal I got reimbursed because part of the dental problem was a broken tooth (due to accident). Thank you for reviewing my appeal so quickly and getting me my money :)

Always a positive experience
I have always had a very positive experience and been notified shortly after I submit the claim and I received payment within a few days. Recently it has been very different. The process takes a long time and I am not notified of my status for a while or even notified that it was received. It has changed dramatically from how it used to be. I don't understand why this has happened.
