Great Insurance!!
I signed my dog up for the insurance in January. Not even a month later we had to take my dog to the vet for a mass on his paw. The vet had to surgically remove this. During all of the this, my dog was experiencing swelling in his throat. While the vet had my dog under he did a biopsy on the suspicious throat. It came back as cancer :( During all of this Embrace answered every question I had. They covered my expensive vet bill even though we had only been members for a little over a month. I really appreciate this great service. Thank you Embrace!!

Don't bother.
I only had this insurance for 2 months. submit a claim and of course it got declined. emailed them twice and waited 2 days to hear back. Not going to re-appeal because it will get declined AGAIN. not wasting my time. Informed them I will be going to cancel this plan. They just cancelled my plan without any kind of notices. No apologize what had happened or sorry to see you go or what can we do better. However, why should I expect that. It is my fault for not doing the research about this company. Pets Best is going to comment my post saying either "We can't find you in our system. Please contact us at ... and re-appeal the claim" or "your dog injury was not a coverage" or "this was a pre-existing" all kind of bullshit. My two months payments are my donation to those policy holders that get approved on their dog claims. A GoFundMe would probably help pay for your vet's bill then getting their insurance.

Love the peace of mind
Wellness exam and vaccines for our little guy- a rescue we've had for a year. Treated very professionally
In the very beginning of my phone call to get some quotes I was treated very professionally and nice. It was a lot of knowledge on your representative side. I got my kittens spayed and chipped. The only thing I don't understand FYI the medication she was giving to keep her calm was not covered. Otherwise, it's been a very positive experience. Thank you.
