Excellent Pet Insurance!
Our pet has had to make some visits to the vet over the past year, and submitting claims has been so simple. Nationwide pet insurance has processed them efficiently and quickly, in my opinion. It takes a lot of the stress away.

Very good pet insurance
Trupanion really never disappoints. They have always paid out at least a portion of our claims when an illness was unexpected. Sometimes they even pay a lot more than expected, which is always nice. While they do not pay for annual visits and checkups, they do pay when it matters, which is when you are not prepared to dish out hundreds of bucks. Really great company and really great customer service.

Excellent service
I've had Nationwide Pet Insurance for two dogs at different times since 2004. I've never had issue with being reimbursed and the customer service has always been excellent.

Great process
My claims were unfortunately for cancer treatments for my dog. My only gripe is that the max is $7,000 & that never tests. I've paid way more into the insurance then that & would have like the coverage to be more. Great process though, customer service as well. Really no complaints about any of that.

I never recommend any type of services to others because each situation is different. I DID recommend your insurance to other pet owners because of your wonderful customer service, explicit explanation of benefits (no surprises), and quick processing times. I was amazed
My dog kept vomiting for over an hour. I contacted the 24/7 helpline and was advised to take him to the after hours emergency vet. They did x-rays and ended up giving him fluids and an anti-nausea injection. I filed my claim the next day and received a check in the mail in less than a week. I was amazed at how easy and efficient the process was - especially since I just recently started my policy. I did a lot of research before deciding on which pet insurance to get and I am so happy that I picked Pets Best. I have since referred a few friends and they have also had a great experience.

Courteous and responsive action
We had Bailey and Morgan (Boston Terriers) for the last 9 years. Bailey passed 4 years ago (coyote attack) and Morgan had the same coyote attack later and she survived, but a few months ago she developed breath/throat issues and was in too much pain. The family is devastated but we know they both had a good life a lot of love and they gave us all great joy. I appreciate all of the courteous and responsive action your company has provided and will call on you again in the future if we find another Bailey and Morgan. Thank you so very much.

I'm so thankful for Nationwide Pet Insurance
I have had pet insurance for my dog her whole life - and never used it! I have been lucky that she has been healthy overall but recently she had to have surgery. Thankfully the surgery went well, and all of her results came back as we had hoped they would. However, the bill was much higher than we anticipated. Having never filed a claim for her before, I was really concerned that it would be a complicated process but it wasn't. I called in to get help logging into the account that I had not logged into for many years. The customer services representative was so nice, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions and our call was QUICK AND EASY. She even gave me some advice on what exactly to send in to make sure the process didn't get delayed with back and forth needing medical history etc. Once I filed the claim online, I was able to check the status. Without any questions or hesitation, they covered our claim, and mailed us a check. It was a HUGE relief to get that money back after all of the stress and fear of what was going on with my dog. Thankfully she is healthy, and Nationwide Pet Insurance made the entire process stress free and easy. I am so grateful!
