Great insurance and service
This insurance has been excellent. Claims are processed in a very timely manner and support from staff is friendly and efficient. Glad I took it out when I did. Like the wellness benefits.

Easy and effective claim
After several years of no activity, I had to make two claims in quick succession. Luckily, the site was fairly intuitive and I was able to easily submit my claims. While I'm sure we'd always like to get more money back, the amount awarded was fair for the claim and the plan. This really helped to take some of the bite out of two very expensive vet visits.

Amazing Top-Notch Insurance Company
I can't say enough wonderful things about Healthy Paws. I got insurance on my dog in 2016 and I tell everyone it's the best money I spend every month. My little gal was diagnosed with epilepsy in September of 2016, then 5 months later tore her ACL and needed surgery. I can't express how easy Healthy Paws has made my life and how simple it is to process claims. Her hospitalization, monthly medications and surgery have all been covered and I have to thank Healthy Paws for making that happen. I'm glad I did my research on insurance companies before choosing one but I can tell you 100% to choose Healthy Paws!

Don't opt for this carrier
Quite possibly the worst insurance coverage for your pet as faulty claims are sold and customer service is not helpful. I'm basically just paying you and that's about it. Very MINIMAL money is reimbursed to me and it's literally just a headache working with Nationwide. The ONLY person who has even shown care or been helpful is Nancy E. Lowe. Otherwise your advocacy team is horrible as is everyone else I have dealt with. I have been so unhappy that I have filed a claim with the NJ Dept of State on my behalf. I honestly feel using Nationwide has been a huge waste of my money and I regret opting for you as a carrier. My vet even warned me against doing so, and I should have listened.

You guys are the absolute best.
You guys are the best. Filing a claim is always a breeze. You guys are always really speedy about getting payment back. And you are always very fair in reimbursement. I don't recommend anything as much as I recommend you guys. My dog is my everything, and I really appreciate how much care you put into your services.

Comprehensive pet care
I almost always recommend Nationwide as a pet insurance due to the comprehensive policy including well visits which is my favorite. The easy way I can do and get payment for my claims is excellent although I wish it could be faster. I really appreciate the customer service but they’re so good I have maybe only called and contacted once.
