Been great for us

Nationwide pet insurance has been great for our little Oakley so far! Knock on wood he’s pretty healthy but he’s had a few minor accidents, nationwide has been pretty easy to use! No complaints just minor suggestions for improvements.

Terrible.

This company is terrible. They keep denying a claim saying it’s pre existing when the conditions aren’t related and my vet even stated that in her notes. Stay away from this company.

Great company - easy to use

I've had Persecure for my dogs since we first brought them home, hoping we'd never have to use it. Thankfully for the times that we have (bouts of diarhea, vomitting episodes) they have been fast and efficient paying our claims. Our vet was even able to submit our claim directly for us. In the last few years (knock on wood) our girls have been healthy, but persecure even reimbursed us for part of the routine dental cleanings. Would highly recommend.

Your reps were super helpful

Pets Best is consistently wonderful. What made the process so difficult was the emergency vet refusing to send the records to you. Eventually I had to go down myself and explain why I wanted them for my insurance policy. Finally I got them and sent them in, and your reps were super helpful. Thank you!!

I love Figo. Great agents and quick reimbursement.

I love being able to have access to all of my dogs vets paperwork. If you're traveling and you need to go to an emergency vet somewhere you have everything you know what treatment they have you can show the vet everything that's happened with your dog. Their agents are very friendly and helpful. And reimbursement come so quickly! I filed a claim and a few hours later I saw it was going to be paid. They keep you informed every step of the way. I'll never have another dog without FICO. Lost pet feature is also a good idea, you get a tag from Figo and if someone finds your dog they can look up the information and your dog can be returned to you, it's an extra level of security.
