I had trouble in the beginning with Claims and getting to understand what is needed for the claims
I have enjoyed the services that go along with the policy! I have struggled to get down the detailed information needed for a claim. I would recommend the insurance to others.

I purchased Nationwide when I rescued Abby at 3 months. She is 19 months now and I have had no difficulty at all with submitting Abby’s claims. All claims have been processed in a timely manner. Thumbs up to Nationwide.

I have had Nationwide insurance for several years. The service and the care is evident. The empathy when a pet is sick or passes is heartfelt and appreciated. The customer service is always top notch. I wish i could that that about all companies I interact with.

I’m so happy I have this insurance. My girl “kit” is a rambunctious mixed terrier. I haven’t had a dog for over 30 years but know that anything can happen. I’m grateful my girl is fully covered. ASPCA has been wonderful with quick service and easy claim filing. Whenever I’ve talked with anyone on the phone I’m impressed with the kind, personal interest shown. No phony sales pitches. I’m happy to renew my policy and will continue I’m sure with this great service.

My cat cookie was wounded unexpectedly one weekend. My husband and I noticed on Monday morning that her arm was extremely swollen. It was so swollen we thought it might be broken. We rushed her to the emergency vet and she had a dangerously high fever from an infection. She had to stay overnight at the vet. They were able to find her wounds and treat them. We picked her up the next day and continued her treatment at home. The vet bill was very expensive and we spent the money thinking maybe the pet insurance we had would give us something back from what we spent. I spoke with the front desk worker at the vet and let them know we had pet insurance. They handled all of the communication and paperwork with Pets Best. I did not have to do a single thing towards her claim besides tell the vet that we had insurance. I had expected to get nothing to little from the pet insurance, mostly because I signed up for pet insurance thinking it was better to have than not, but not knowing much about what I was signing up for. I am so glad we signed up! We got way more back than we were expecting and it was a huge relief for us financially. I tell everyone I know with pets to get pet insurance know, it is worth it for when you may unexpectedly have to pay a lot of money for your pet's treatment in an emergency. Cookie is doing so much better and we are so grateful that Pets Best was there when we needed them!
