Nationwide had been wonderful in speed of processing claims. I am very happy I chose Nationwide when Brady read a puppy.

I have shared with my dog owner friends how happy I have been with Nationwide. It is very easy sending the claims. Nationwide informs me when they start processing and I receive a check in the mail. After my deductible is met, I receive most of my vet fees back in the check.

That was quick

We had an unexpected visit to the vet in February, and then a follow up visit @ 3 weeks later. Nationwide processed both claims same day, even though one was entered weeks later. That meant we got the 2 checks on the same day, didn't have to wait a couple of weeks for 2nd. That was very nice and appreciated

I love being able to decide “YES” to all the care needed for my dog to remain healthy.

In addition to being able to decide “YES” towards the care that my dog needs to stay healthy, I am also thrilled with the ease of submitting a claim through the VitusVet app. I am often able to open the app and log the claim before I even leave the Veternary clinic or hospital. We have the Wellness plan for our dog so we can always financially manage his routine vaccinations, preventive medications, and treatments.

Payment turn over

Nationwide is the best thing I ever did for my dog. I could never have afforded the care he needed in his first year and a half so the outcome would have been heartbreaking. My only complaint is the time it takes to get reimbursed, especially for simple office visits with vaccines. I can understand that a more involved procedure would require more time to review but the routine charges could be processed much quicker. That is my only complaint and again, i’m So glad I made the decision to go with Nationwide! I recommend Nationwide to every dog owner I know!
