Bella is still recovering from being attacked by a pitbull

Bella is still recovering psychology from the dog attack. Thank heavens we had the coverage for her. Your customer services representatives are wonderful. Yes....i would reccommend Nationwide to other pet owners. Thank you!

They Are The Best

ASPCA IS the best, I have tried 2 other popular insurances and they never paid. They always had an excuse not to. NOT ASPCA, THEY HAVE PAID EVERY CLAIM I have submitted, the claim process is very easy, it is done fairly quickly. The people on the phones are always friendly, concerned, and willing to help. They always follow up with a phone call to make sure if your pet is ok, if you are satisfied with the vet visit and if you need anything else and some how they do this at HALF THE COST OF OTHER INSURANCES. I've been telling everyone I know about ASCPA. THANK YOU, ASCPA Marlene Steele, A member for life

Ease and Cost makes this company worth selecting!

Nationwide is the worst!

Totally incompetent customer service reps. Put you on hold forever and then still don't have an answer to your question(s). Claims sent by fax with receipt or by e-mail with receipt and Nationwide says they were never received. Diagnosis codes are consistently wrong and claim reviews have to be filed to get payment. Takes over 30 days to process claims and if a review is filed can take over 60 days. Will never insure another dog with this company again. Can't change now due to pre-existing conditions but if not for that I would cancel! Have filed numerous bad reviews and never hear a word from Nationwide.

Comforting....

When my baby Pomeranian ate something that was very dangerous, I was not thinking about anything but her health and safety. Once she was out of the words, I started scrambling trying to see if her vet bill would be covered by Nationwide. I checked the website and spoke with a representative who walked me through the process. I followed the instructions and in no time at all, my claim was resolved and the majority of her vet bill was reimbursed to me. THANK YOU for offering a service that provides great peace of mind for PetParents!

Nationwide has been the best help we could’ve asked for for our Kobi

We got Nationwide pet insurance when Kobi was a puppy because he was getting sick constantly. Thankfully he rarely ever has heath issues now. Nationwide has been there every step of his life and have helped cover countless vet visits, medications and more. They make submitting claims a breeze and are very quick to respond. They have covered almost every dollar of his expenses and provide a clear explanation for what they do not cover. I can’t speak more highly.
