Fair judgement
It took awhile, as we were a new claim (and a new Vet, so a took a little longer to process) we had to get the old records, to update our file on our dogs. But, after all was said and done, we received a fair judgement on our claim. I'm very pleased.

Quick
Frida had an intermittent limp so I had her examined and x-rayed by my regular vet and, when she couldn't determine the cause, by an orthopedic specialist to whom I was referred. He couldn't elicit any pain response or detect any obvious abnormality at the time, so a watch-and-wait approach was advised. Pets Best was quick to apply the relevant charges to my policy deductible as soon as I emailed them scanned copies of the invoices.

Good experience
Paperwork was easy to fill out. Information on what was needed to process claim was there, so I did all that. Knee surgery was covered and got my money direct deposited into our account.

Great value and service
I had previously not purchased pet insurance because people have told me that if you ever submit a claim, the insurance company will find a way to deny it as a pre-existing condition. That has not been our experience with ASPCA. For over a year our 13 year cat hd no issues. Then suddenly, he had an infection and had to get teeth extracted and go to the emergency room with a urinary blockage. So thankful we had the insurance to help us so we could focus on our baby and know we could give him the proper care. It is easy to submit claims on the app and processing is relatively quick.
